TWO Vauxhall vehicles have been damaged with a corrosive substance in Evesham.

PC Martin Kennedy, of the Evesham safer neighbourhood policing team, is investigating criminal damage to two vehicles on Peewit Road and Maryman's Road. 

The vehicles were damaged between Sunday, October 15 at 9.30am and Monday, October 16 at 8.30am.

PC Kennedy said: "During this time two Vauxhall vehicles were parked next to each other on Peewit Road and Marymans Road.

"Unknown suspects have poured a corrosive substance over the vehicles causing damage to them.

"I am asking any residents who may have witnessed the incident to contact me and anyone with CCTV in the area to please check their cameras between these times."
