Half-marathon for Vale runners
MEMBERS of Evesham Vale Running Club were out in force at last Sunday's Tewkesbury Half-Marathon.
Michelle Parsons, representing the club for the first time, was the first Evesham runner across the line in 24th position.
The next outing for members is on Sunday at the Cotswold Hilly 100-Mile Challenge when ten runners cover ten miles starting and finishing in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The mixed team will comprise Roy Betts, Mark Howe, Natasha Day, Kurt Dusterhoff, Tara Cooper, Colin Tether, Robin Coll, Steve Sandalls, Craig Bone and Gwen Fennell.
